Attorney Jonathan Schlack is the Founding Partner of Schlack & Bassmaji. After working at a prominent Chicago law firm helping injured workers and their families, Jonathan opened the Law Office of Jonathan Schlack in 2005 to focus his practice exclusively on the effective, aggressive, highly personalized and compassionate representation of people injured through no fault of their own. Admitted to practice law in Illinois and Wisconsin, Mr. Schlack handles a wide range of Workers’ Compensation and Personal Injury cases. Jonathan grew up in Kenosha and graduated from Augustana College in Rock Island. While attending law school in Madison, Mr. Schlack was honored to serve as the judicial intern to Chief Justice of the Wisconsin Supreme Court, the Honorable William Bablitch. Mr. Schlack also received the CALI award, a distinction reserved for students who achieve the highest grade in their class. Jonathan has been recognized by the Lawyers of Distinction in Personal Injury Law, and was selected as a Top Ten attorney in Workers’ Compensation law for the state of Illinois by Attorney and Practice Magazine.
